We currently ship products across India.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Rajasthan: 2–4 business days
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other locations in India: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier service availability and unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on eligible orders (if applicable).
- Standard shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
- Any applicable shipping fee depends on the product, delivery location, and order value.

Orders may be shipped using trusted courier partners such as:

- Blue Dart

- Other reliable logistics partners
Courier selection depends on the delivery location.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped:
- You will receive a shipment confirmation via email or SMS (if available).
- A tracking number will be provided whenever supported by the courier partner.
7. Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed because:
- the customer is unavailable,
- the address is incorrect or incomplete,
- or the courier cannot contact the recipient,
the courier may attempt delivery again or return the package to us.
Additional shipping charges may apply if reshipment is required.

Delivery may be delayed due to:

- Public holidays
- Government restrictions

- Other events beyond our control

9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives:

- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged product (if applicable)
We will investigate the issue and assist you according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
AuronX is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
